Services provide Solutions and Support

Our goal at GeroCare Services is to assist older adults in continuing to live a meaningful life and make choices about their activities, care and companionship.

We do this with:

• Comprehensive assessments that provide information on the person's current psycho-social, medical, financial and housing needs
• Recommendations of solutions for some immediate needs. For more complicated cases, the GCM prepares a longer term care plan that includes in-home care, professional services, or more comprehensive care needs.
• Support to the older adult and family members by answering questions, listening to needs, recommending alternatives and providing resources.
• Empathic compassion to those in treatment with cancer or other diseases. The GCM offers counseling on how to live in the moment and can also focus on the older adult's spiritual care.
